Question 1

How do I send the Cascading Cheers holiday greeting card?

Accepted Answer

Customize the Cascading Cheers design in the Greenvelope editor, then add your guest list by email address or phone number. Each guest receives an animated envelope that opens to your card on any device, with no app to download and no account required to view it. You can send right away or schedule delivery for a future date and time.

Question 2

Can I change the colors, fonts, and wording on this design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every text block on the Cascading Cheers design is editable, including the typeface listed in the specifications, and the design is offered in several colorways you can preview before you send. Many Greenvelope designs are released as a coordinated suite, so any matching pieces for this artwork are listed in the specifications above. Greenvelope's design team can also make custom adjustments on request.

Question 3

How much does it cost to send the Cascading Cheers holiday greeting card?

Accepted Answer

Greenvelope charges a one time amount per mailing, set by the size of your guest list. Pricing starts at $19 for a guest list of up to 20 people, with $39 covering up to 40, $59 up to 60 and $99 up to 100. Every person you list counts toward the package, including each named member of a household, so grouping a family under one contact keeps their replies together but does not reduce the number of people counted. There are no coins or credits to buy. Paid accounts start with an allowance of 500 text messages, and additional messages can be purchased if you need more. Annual memberships are available for hosts who send several events a year, though no subscription is required to send a single mailing.

Question 4

Can I try this design before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can fully customize the Cascading Cheers design in Greenvelope and send it to up to 10 guests in trial mode with no credit card required. That lets you see the complete envelope opening experience exactly as your guests will see it before you choose a package.

Question 5

Does Greenvelope print and mail this design?

Accepted Answer

No. Greenvelope is a digital stationery platform, so this design is delivered by email, by text message, or by a shareable link rather than through the post. If you want a physical keepsake, you can save a high quality version of the finished design and print it yourself or take it to a local print shop.

Question 6

Can I see who has opened my card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Greenvelope reports real time open rates and daily delivery summaries, and address validation helps reduce bouncebacks before you send. You can resend to anyone who has not opened without starting over.

Question 7

Who designed this artwork, and is it AI generated?

Accepted Answer

Every Greenvelope design is hand crafted by an independent artist, and the designer credit for this artwork is listed in the specifications above. Greenvelope does not accept AI generated artwork into its catalog, which is drawn from a community of over 150 independent designers.

Question 8

How far in advance should this be sent?

Accepted Answer

Wedding invitations are usually sent six to eight weeks before the date, and save the dates six to twelve months ahead. Showers work well at four to six weeks, and three to four weeks of notice suits most other parties and gatherings. Because digital delivery arrives the moment you send, you can finalize details later than printed stationery allows and still give guests time to plan.

Question 9

Can I get a refund on the Cascading Cheers holiday greeting card?

Accepted Answer

Greenvelope cards are delivered digitally by email or text, so once your holiday greeting card has been sent the purchase is final and can't be returned or refunded. You can customize and preview the Cascading Cheers design for free before you pay. If you bought a larger package than you ended up needing, we'll downgrade you to the next smallest size that still fits your guest list and refund the difference, as long as it hasn't been sent yet. See our refund policy for details.
